Our welders are certified according to EN 287-1 (Testing of welders: Fusion welding. Part 1: Steels). Their qualification is tested regularly and improved according to the company’s requirements. Non-destructive testing of weld seams prove good quality of our welders and welding procedures. Our company applies its own range of certified welding procedures approved by a notified body according to ČSN EN ISO 15614-1 (former ČSN EN 288 -3) (WPQR/ WPS). It is also has all necessary qualifications for production of pressure vessels according to the directive 97/23/ES (Annex 1, Art 3.1.2)
We have a long-term experience with and own certified procedures for welding of the following base materials (classification according to CR ISO 15608):
- 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 (non-alloyed machine steels)
- 2 (thermomechanically processed fine-grained steels with a yield point up to 690 MPa, incl. high-strength and wear-resistant materials, such as HARDOX, WELDOX, DOMEX, ALFORM etc.)
- 3 (heat-treated and maraging steels)
- 8 (austenitic stainless steels, incl. combined joints SS + St)
