  • Vessel shell diameter : 500 to 3 000 mm
  • Shell plate thickness: 4 - 60 mm
  • Section length: 3 000 mm
  • Total length of a vessel: 12 000 to 30 000 mm
  • Total weight of a vessel: up to 40 000 kg
We are experienced the most in making:
  • over-ground tanks (2.7 and 4.85 m3) used for storing liquid propane-butane; three-year serial production of the tanks according to ČSN 690010, ČSN 690012 for the local market
  • air-receivers used as central sources of pressed air (compressor chambers); volumes = 1 to 10 m3, pressures = 0.6 / 1.0 / 1.6 MPa
  • various types of receivers, adsorption vessels, namely for NH 3/R707/ ammonium; for usual parameters : pressure 16 to 32 bars / operation temperatures: -40/+50°C / volumes: 50 to 32,000 litres; the said receivers are usually designed, produced and accepted according to AD-Merkblatt, DNV and European Directive 97/23/EC.
  • heat exchangers (components of refrigerating sets) with pipes welded to tubeplates with diameters from 323 up to 2,400 mm × 1,500 to 8,000 mm; pipes - ø8×0.8 to ø25×2
  • Weld seams are checked in accordance with the appropriate standards (EN, ČSN, DIN etc.) or by radiographic test, ultrasonic test, or magnetic particles test and penetration test. We are fully equipped for construction testing and the initial pressure testing (water or air used as a medium).
