NEW MACHINING CENTRE UP 4000 VFM

In cooperation with STROJÍRNA TYC s.r.o., our company developed, designed and assembled a portal machining centre with a controlled rotating CNC head for 5-axis machining. This machining centre was put in operation on 1 July 2010.

The UP 4000 VFM machine is capable of precise machining of large components with a weight limited by the crane capacity, i.e. 50 tons.

The following is concerned:

• machining of precise templates for press forging
• machining of components for fixed parts of machines
• machining of components for machine plants
• machining of steel weld-pieces and moulds
